1.Please ensure that the 3rd-party camera support ONVIF, and set the relevant protocol.
2.Make sure the NVR and the IPC have the network segment and no IP conflict
Please login the camera and go to Maintenance>Camera>Remote device
Please choose manual add, and input the camera infos（3rd-party camera IP address、3rd-party camera HTTP Port、3rd-party camera Username and Password under ONVIF protocol），and click OK.
Please ensure the status of the camera is green which means connection successful.
1.To ensure that the stream runs stablely and smoothly by tool ODM.
2.To ensure the password /username /Onvif protocol of the 3rd-party camera is correct.
3.To ensure theONVIF version of the camera and the recorder are acceptance. Otherwise, it may need to upgrade the IPC/NVR .
