How to solve IE plugin issue

Question1: The website cannot login and not show the login interface

Question2: The customer using WEB to Login, After click the login password box , the  “admin” was null, and stay in the login interface.

For these IE plugin issue, you can solve it as follows:

Step1

you should delete this file: webrec (this file is necessary to access to device by browser, if the file has some issue, you cannot login the device webpage)

Step2

run the IE browser

Click Internet option – General-Delete the browser history

Step3

click Security-customer level

Set the option to the ActiveX control setup to “Prompt” or “Enable”

Step4

Click Security-Trusted sites-add the device IP

Then restart the IE browser, if cannot solve, change the browser or modify the device IP to test it
