1. How long can the device be stable after power-on?

The thermal imaging equipment and the blackbody need to be warmed up for 60 minutes after being powered on, and the temperature monitoring before thermal equilibrium will be inaccurate. Therefore, frequent power outages on site should be avoided as much as possible. The thermal imaging device and the blackbody need to be stabilized again after the power is off. When the internal thermal equilibrium of the device is not reached, the temperature will jump.

2. Periodic lag of thermal imaging images

It is the process of switching the shutter, which is a normal phenomenon.

In order to ensure image uniformity and temperature measurement accuracy in thermal imaging, it is necessary to periodically reset the shutter to zero and correct it. During the process, the image will be lag and there will be two sounds inside the device.

3. Whether the visible light channel and the thermal imaging channel can be recorded at the same time, and whether the temperature is displayed in the recording

They can record at the same time, and can be saved separately.

Only the main stream video will display the temperature.

4. What is the requirement for the device to use SD storage?

Need to use Dahua professional storage SD card, that is, a Micro card with a maximum storage capacity of 512GB.

5. What are the specific parameters of the thermal imaging PTZ camera power adapter?

AC power, specifically AC 24V/3A±15%.

6. The screen of thermal imaging channel displays the temperature, but the screen of visible light channel does not display

Modify the resolution of the visible light channel to the default value-1080P.

Step1 Log into the web interface of the device.

Step2 Select “Setting> Camera > Video> Video “.

Step3 Select visible light channel 1.

Step4 Modify the resolution to 1080P and click “Save”.

Step5 Check whether the problem has been resolved.

If it is not resolved, please contact relevant technical support.

7. The screen of visible light channel and the thermal imaging channel are out of sync

Computer decoding performance is not enough, and it is recommended to modify the encoding mode to “H.264H”.

Step1 Log into the web interface of the device.

Step2 Choose “Setting> Camera > Video> Video “.

Step3 Select the channel number, modify the “Encode Mode” to “H.264H”, and click “Save”.

Step4 Check whether the problem has been resolved.

If it is not resolved, please contact relevant technical support.

8. How to reset the password of device?

When turning on the device, open the cover near the device nameplate and press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds to restore the factory settings.

To restore the factory settings, please clear the configuration information of the device, and the device needs to be reconfigured. Please proceed with caution.

Solution:

This point is the cold spot of the image.

After the hot/cold tracking function is turned on, the highest temperature and the lowest temperature in the screen will be displayed in different colors in the monitoring screen. You can turn off the hot and cold tracking function as needed.

Step1 Log into the web interface of the device.

Step2 Select Setting> Smart Thermal > Hot Trace.

Step3 Uncheck “Enable” and click “Save”.

Step4 Check whether the problem has been resolved.

If it is not resolved, please contact relevant technical support.

10. Whether the thermal imaging channel can realize face recognition

Due to imaging characteristics, face recognition cannot be realized.

11. The thermal imaging channel is not displayed completely in Windows 10

Description:

The thermal imaging channel is not displayed completely in Windows 10

Solution:

Modify the zoom ratio of the computer to 100%.

Step1 On the desktop, right-click on the blank space and select “Display Settings”.

Step2 Modify the zoom ratio to “100%”.

Step3 Check whether the problem has been resolved.

If it is not resolved, please contact relevant technical support.

12. How to define the filter value of the thermal imaging snapshot angle?

It can be understood as the angle between the front face and the camera. The lower the value, the smaller the required angle. 90° means facing the camera completely sideways, and 1° means facing the camera directly.

13. The thermal image of the device is fuzzy, and the detection results of different targets are the same or similar

Take screenshots of the temperature of the color bar and the screenshots of the WEB version information interface, and send them to the relevant technical support for processing.

Step1 Log into the web interface of the device.

Step2 Choose “Setting> Temperature > Global Setup”.

Step3 Enable the “Color Code” function and click “Save”.

Step5 Select “Setting> Information > Version ” to take a screenshot of the WEB version information interface.

Step6 Send the screenshot of the interface to the relevant technical support for processing.

14. Does the thermal imaging device support active registration to the Dahua platform?

Yes.

15. After the front-end is powered off for a period of time, the OSD time returns to 2000

When fully charged, the RTC clock battery of the device can last about 2 days. If the time is exceeded and the battery is dead, it will be restored to 2000.

About 9 hours after the device is powered on, the clock is fully charged.

16. Enter the “Body Temperature Monitoring” interface, and the system prompts that there is no play permission

Step1 Close the browser.

Step2 Enter the C drive control and delete the “webrec” folder.

The default position of the C drive control: C:/program files/webrec.

If you cannot delete it, open the Task Manager, and delete webactive.exe after ending webactive.exe on the “Process”.

Step3 Open the browser, click on the upper right corner, select Internet Options> General, and click “Delete”.

Step4 Select the item to delete and click “Delete”.

Step5 Log into the WEB interface of the device, download and install the control according to the prompt in the interface.

Step6 Check whether the problem has been resolved.
